I found Lisa after working with a real estate company that lied to me, told me their "organization was too big to handle all the questions I had" and then basically told me to find another apartment and they would let me out of my lease... Lisa didn't hesitate to help and went beyond what anyone else did for me. I have finally found MY real estate person, I will eventually buy a place and when I do, I will work with no one else but Lisa Giovine.

Lisa has the right feel for waterfront properties and immediately recognized the uniqueness of ours. The marketing approach was right on target. The photography was absolutely a true representation of all our home had to offer inside and out. The most enjoyable aspect of working with Lisa was her uncanny approach in communicating. Intuitive! A text or call just when you need to hear something positive. Always had info on how the showings were perceived by prospective buyers and reassurances to stay to the plan. Well the plan worked.
